Description

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.

5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds, until fragrant.

6. Spoon the garlic butter over the chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes before slicing for best juiciness.
