10 oz frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup cream cheese or heavy cream
Instructions
1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out all excess water.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until just bubbling.
3. Add spinach to the skillet and stir until warmed through.
4. Add cream cheese (cubed) or pour in heavy cream.
5. Stir continuously until mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
