Description
Simple Italian-inspired antipasto bites made with beef salami, olives, cherry tomatoes, and herbs.
Ingredients
12 cherry tomatoes
12 pitted green olives
12 pitted black olives
12 slices beef salami, folded
12 small basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
12 short wooden skewers
Instructions
1. Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer.
2. Add a green olive to each skewer.
3. Fold a slice of beef salami into quarters and slide it onto the skewer.
4. Add a black olive and finish with a basil leaf.
5. Whisk olive oil, Italian seasoning, and black pepper, then lightly drizzle over the skewers.
6. Chill 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors settle.
