Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sausage Bites (Turkey & Beef/Turkey Version)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef or turkey smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 12 slices turkey bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Toothpicks for securing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Wrap each sausage piece with a strip of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
