Description

Creamy baked Brie topped with honey and walnuts, baked until warm and melty for an easy, cozy appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 oz) wheel Brie cheese

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/4 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Place the Brie wheel in a small oven-safe baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, honey, melted butter, and rosemary.

4. Spoon the nut mixture evenly over the top of the Brie.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the Brie is soft and starting to ooze but not fully collapsed.

6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

Lightly toasting the walnuts before mixing adds extra flavor and crunch.
