Ingredients
12 oz tortilla chips
2 cups cooked beef brisket, chopped
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 10×15-inch rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, toss the chopped brisket with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
3. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared pan.
4. Scatter the BBQ brisket over the chips, then sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and top with red onion, jalapeño slices, sour cream, and cilantro before serving.
