Description

Soft crescent rolls filled with creamy buffalo chicken and baked until golden and melty.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 rolls)

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp butter, melted

2 tbsp sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.

3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

4. Spoon an even amount of buffalo chicken filling onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll up toward the tip.

5. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm and add extra buffalo sauce on top for more heat if desired.
