Soft breadsticks stuffed with seasoned beef and melty cheese, baked until golden and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, then remove from heat.
3. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into 12 equal strips.
4. Spoon cooked beef down the center of each strip and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Fold dough over the filling, pinch edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with dried parsley, and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Best served warm. Let cool slightly before eating so the cheese stays inside.
