Juicy oven-baked chicken breasts seasoned with olive oil and simple dried herbs.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the chicken.
4. In a small bowl, mix oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Sprinkle herb mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
6. Bake uncovered for 22-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
