Description
Easy baked Chicken Parmesan Sliders with marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on soft rolls.
Ingredients
12 slider rolls
2 cups cooked breaded chicken, chopped
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
3. Spread chopped chicken evenly over the rolls, then spoon marinara sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
5. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Notes
For extra crisp tops, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
