Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods (Valentine’s Treat)

Ingredients

  • 12 pretzel rods

Instructions

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  3. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, coating about three-quarters of the rod.
  5. Gently tap off excess chocolate, then immediately add sprinkles.
  6. Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or until firm.

Tip

For clean edges, let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl before adding sprinkles.
