Description
Sweet and salty chocolate dipped pretzel rods decorated with Valentine sprinkles, perfect for gifting or sharing.
Ingredients
12 pretzel rods
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp pink and red Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
3. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
4. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, coating about three-quarters of the rod.
5. Gently tap off excess chocolate, then immediately add sprinkles.
6. Place dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or until firm.
Notes
Let excess chocolate drip off before adding sprinkles for a cleaner finish.
