Description

A cozy and creamy Christmas corn casserole that comes together easily and bakes into a golden holiday side.


Ingredients

3 cups frozen corn, thawed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp paprika

1/1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, melted butter, and milk until smooth.

3. Stir in the corn, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbling around the edges and lightly golden on top.

6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of paprika or chopped chives for color.
