Crispy Baked Shrimp

Description

Golden, crunchy baked shrimp made with simple pantry ingredients and no frying.


Ingredients

1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Toss shrimp with olive oil and lemon juice until evenly coated.

4. Press shrimp into breadcrumb mixture to fully coat.

5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until shrimp are opaque and coating is golden.

Notes

Broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness if desired.
