Ingredients

Scale

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 cups shredded coleslaw mix

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lime juice

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chopped cilantro until creamy and well combined.

5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

6. Assemble tacos by adding shrimp to each tortilla and topping with creamy slaw. Serve immediately.
