Everything Bagel Seasoned Deviled Eggs

Description

Creamy deviled eggs seasoned with everything bagel blend for a bright, simple spring appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale

6 large eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/8 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1 tsp finely chopped chives (optional)


Instructions

1. Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.

2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel.

3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.

4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

5. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

6. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning and chives if using.

7. Chill 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

If the yolk mixture feels too thick, add a teaspoon of mayonnaise to loosen it.
