Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

  • 2 lb chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top and lightly spray with oil.
  2. Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
  3. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  5. While wings bake, mix melted butter and minced garlic in a large bowl.
