Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp neutral oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch.

4. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the beef evenly.
