Description

Soft Hawaiian rolls layered with smoked turkey and Swiss cheese, brushed with a buttery sauce and baked until warm and melty.

Ingredients

Scale

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

12 slices smoked turkey

12 slices Swiss cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp poppy seeds

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in the dish.

3. Layer smoked turkey evenly over the rolls, then add Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the rolls on.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.

5. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.

6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden and melted.

Notes

Let sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers.
