Description

Warm baked sliders layered with smoked turkey and Swiss cheese, finished with a buttery mustard glaze.

Ingredients

Scale

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

12 slices smoked turkey

12 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.

3. Layer smoked turkey evenly over the rolls, then add Swiss cheese.

4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.

5. Whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.

6. Pour the glaze evenly over the rolls, covering the tops completely.

7. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5-7 minutes until golden.

Notes

Let sliders rest 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers.
