Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 cup chopped corned beef
  • 3/4 cup drained, finely chopped sauerkraut
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Rye bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with rye bread or crackers.

Tip

Make sure the sauerkraut is very well drained to keep the dip thick and creamy.
