Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes, pat dry, and pierce each a few times with a fork.
