Loaded Beef Nachos Supreme

These loaded beef nachos are warm, hearty, and perfect for easy sharing. Crispy tortilla chips are piled high with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and classic toppings for a cozy, crowd-pleasing meal. Great for game days, movie nights, or a simple family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spoon seasoned beef over the chips, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and black beans.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
  7. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and dollops of sour cream. Serve warm.

Tip

For crispier nachos, avoid overlapping chips too much and serve immediately after baking.
