Maple Soy Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the maple soy mixture generously over the salmon.
