Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
4. Brush the maple soy mixture generously over the salmon.
