Meatball Sub Sliders

These cozy little sliders bring all the comfort of a classic meatball sub in an easy, shareable form. Soft rolls, saucy beef meatballs, and melty mozzarella make them perfect for weeknights, game days, or casual get-togethers. They bake up warm and irresistible in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 cooked beef meatballs
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Place one beef meatball on each roll, spoon marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add the top halves of the rolls. Stir melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

Tip: Warm the marinara before assembling for extra saucy sliders.

Serve these sliders straight from the oven and watch them disappear fast.
