Mini Beef & Turkey Sausage Rolls

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 12 oz beef or turkey sausage

  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef or turkey sausage with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Roll the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle and cut it lengthwise into 2 equal strips.
  4. Divide the sausage mixture in half and shape it into logs along the center of each pastry strip.
