Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square gently into the muffin cups, forming small pastry cups.
  4. In a bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried basil.
  5. Place a few mozzarella pearls into each pastry cup, then spoon tomatoes on top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is soft.

Tip
