Mini Meatball Skewers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  3. Add ground beef, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, mixing gently until combined.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 16-18 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
  6. Thread 2-3 meatballs onto each skewer and drizzle or brush with warm marinara sauce.

Tip

For easy serving, keep the skewers warm in a low oven (200°F) until ready to serve, and add extra sauce on the side.
