Juicy baked mini meatballs served on skewers with warm marinara sauce, perfect for easy appetizers or parties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup marinara sauce, warmed
Wooden skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk, letting it soak for 1 minute.
3. Add ground beef, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, mixing gently until combined.
4. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place evenly on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 16-18 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
6. Thread 2-3 meatballs onto each skewer and drizzle or brush with warm marinara sauce.
Notes
Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side if desired.
