Description
A cozy one-pan dinner with roasted beef or turkey sausage, baby red potatoes, and fresh green beans, all seasoned and baked until golden and tender.
Ingredients
1 lb beef or turkey sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes, halved
12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spread the potatoes onto the sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
4. In the same bowl, toss the green beans and sausage slices with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
5. Remove the pan from the oven, add the green beans and sausage, and gently mix everything together.
6. Roast for 20-25 minutes more, until the potatoes are golden and tender and the sausage is cooked through.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spread everything in a single layer and avoid overcrowding the pan. A quick broil for 2–3 minutes at the end adds beautiful color.
