Ingredients
4 slices brioche bread
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Lightly butter both sides of the brioche bread.
3. Toast the bread in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and lightly crisp.
4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each warm toast slice.
5. Top with fresh raspberries and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
