Ingredients
8 rye crispbread crackers
4 oz smoked trout, flaked
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
Lemon zest, for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Stir in dill, lemon juice, and black pepper.
3. Fold in flaked smoked trout gently.
4. Spread mixture onto crispbread crackers.
5. Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
