Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
4 oz goat cheese, softened
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
4 oz smoked turkey, thinly sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crisp.
2. In a small bowl, whip the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
3. Stir in the olive oil and lemon zest until fully combined.
4. Spread a generous layer of whipped goat cheese over each toast.
5. Top with folded slices of smoked turkey.
6. Finish with fresh thyme and a few cracks of black pepper.
