New Year’s Sparkling White Grape Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled white grape juice
  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice
  • Fresh grapes, halved
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the white grape juice and lemon juice to a pitcher and stir in the honey until dissolved.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and a few grape halves.
  3. Pour the grape juice mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway.
  4. Top with chilled sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
