Description
A warm, cozy Winter Spiced Cranberry Punch made with cranberry juice, citrus, and gentle spices, completely non-alcoholic.
Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
1/3 cup honey
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
2 star anise
1 orange, sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
1. In a medium pot, combine cranberry juice, apple cider, orange juice, water, and honey.
2. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, orange slices, and fresh cranberries.
3. Warm over medium heat until steaming, about 10-12 minutes, without letting it boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and let the spices steep for another 10 minutes.
5. Strain if desired, then serve warm or chill and serve over ice.
Notes
Keep on low in a slow cooker if serving warm for a crowd.
